Melanie Kellett

Melanie Kellett is a pediatric occupational therapist who has spent her career helping children build confidence, overcome challenges, and grow more independent. She earned her B.S. from the University of Maryland and her M.S. from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and brings 18 years of clinical experience working with children across sensory integration clinics, schools, hospitals, and home-based early intervention settings. She is trained in a range of self-regulation curriculums — including the Alert Program, Zones of Regulation, and Powerfully You — as well as Learning Without Tears, Primitive Reflex Integration, and the SOS Approach to Feeding. She has spent the past 10 years running her own private practice, working with families in both the home and school setting. At ALC, she looks forward to helping kids move their bodies, collaborate with one another, and learn strategies to better regulate themselves — all while having fun.
